Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of comfort and slight disappointment. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, especially the large terrace facing the Playa de las Canteras and the Atlantic Ocean. However, the service was lacking warmth and friendliness at times. The location was superb for combining urban life with a beach holiday, but the dining options could use a bit more variety.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the rooms could do with an update and felt a bit out of date, they were lovely and definitely worth the extra money compared to the port-facing ones. The service was generally friendly and very accommodating, with staff always available 24/7. The location was nice but challenging to secure a free sunbed after 11 am. The dining was varied and delicious, offering something for everybody at very affordable prices.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely delightful. The rooms were incredibly spacious, featuring a separate bedroom and living room, along with a huge balcony that offered stunning views of Las Canteras beach and the bustling promenade below. However, the rooms are in need of urgent refurbishment, as we experienced water dripping through the ceiling for two nights before it was resolved.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. On the brighter side, the rooms were clean, bright, quiet, and nicely furnished, providing a comfortable stay. However, the rooms didn't get much light and had a rather tired and dull decor. The noise levels were also a downside, but the huge balcony overlooking Las Canteras beach was a nice touch.
The hotel offers basic but comfortable rooms with a great bathroom and ample storage space. The service is friendly and accommodating, though some areas need improvement. Its amazing location at the center of Las Palmas makes for a very enjoyable stay. The dining experience provides a good variety of food and beverages. The facilities are well-equipped and convenient for guests.
